His **** is temporarily fast. It's Gibson. He'll trade it or sell it soon anyway. His is faster down the track b/c it SHIFTS and HOOKS lol.
We'll see how many more times he does a clutch dump at 4k to run those times on a stock rear-end lol.

yeah after a long weekend I made it back, Friday while on our way down the u-joint broke in the truck and ended up cracking the tailshaft of the transfer case at the springville exit. So i just left the truck in springville and borrowed vance's truck. well after finally getting there around 8:00pm they were shutting down the track so I didnt get to make any passes. i went ahead and changed wheels, spark plugs, bottle and jets from a 150 to a 100shot. then when i got there the next morning I had to get teched in real quick like, and I told them i would be running around 11.5 so they put me in the C class. the first pass the nitrous didnt get purged and i ran a 11.45 at 123.66mph. So nothing being changed on the second pass i purged it during the burnout i ended up breaking out a 10.87. But all together it was fun they ended up chosing a 9.6-9.8 field.
there was some badass cars there though, a mustang of all things drug the bumper to somewhere around the 330ft mark never backing out of it and ended up running a 9.41 at 139mph.

sounds like you need to quit being cheap and drop some $$$ and get yours in the ten second class!!!!! I was shocked to here him say that the rear end didnt give out on him! that awesome that his on a stock ten bolt and turning tens lol!

Yeah, we all thought Auburn was gonna pull that one out. One game left and our bowl eligibility and the streak is on the line. We'll see what happens in a couple of weeks.

Its not the launchs that kill the 10 bolts. Its the wheel hop.. I bet I made 200-250 passes on my factory 10 bolt running in the 10's and broke the stupid thing backing out of my driveway both times.
I think on the 150 shot the times wouldve been slower, Id be willing to bet the reason his car ran so well on the 100 shot its because the air/fuel was perfect and the injectors/fuel pump werent struggling to keep up. I think the 150 isnt working to the its full potential with the factory fuel pump injectors.

Well, hopefully my 10 bolt is like gibs its not whining of anything so maybe its ok
. Got my pigtails in for my reverse stuff on the M6 on sat. So this weekend its on like donkey kong
.
Hopefully that tune works Vann. Oh and I got my application key from the previous ownder of my HPtuners so now i'm able to get on the site and look at tunes and stuff
