Hey guys. I'm from Ardmore (near Athens/Huntsville), and was wondering if there are any regular fbody gatherings or anything around here. Also looking for anyone to talk mods with or w/e, just some ppl to get together with from time to time.

I am getting ready to start cleaning up the TA since I have told Ray he is never going to ever get it back But he has his slow *** H22 civic to play with so I guess he's fine.

I do want to get everyone together though and maybe take a day trip som where like maybe Jack Daniels or something. ( I LOVE that place )

Anyone up for it after the weather warms up a little and the sun starts to actually shine? Would be nice to take the T-tops out without freezing my butt off...

I live kinda near Prattville, and commute to Troy five days a week. I've been using my Fbody as a daily driver since 2005, and it's got over 150k on the clock. The 10bolt was toast a while ago, so it's a regular looking Z28 with a Dana 60 tucked up under it.

 

What kind of wheels do you have on your car? I live in Millbrook and work in Prattville and think I have seen you around town and maybe raced you one night at MMP in my black TA.

 

I've never taken it to any track, so that wasn't me. I've got just regular SS or ZR1 wheels.

 

Must have been another Z28 then. If you see a blue G8 around town thats would be me so feel free to give alittle rev I usually do when I see other f-bodies in my TA but it is stuck in the shop since I blew out the rear

 

I'm always down for a JD cruise. I think some of us are going to Nashville for Tour Couture and IA this year too. But I'm down for whatever.

 

Dang, your T/A sounds awesome! I don't know that I've ever seen it around town. I'm sure that if I ever heard it I wouldn't forget it.
