That's actually just a GE motor that we already put a Ebay header and billet 71 on just to see how it looked. It was from Ebay from one of those places that does JDM pull outs. It was $500 + shipping. Only has 60K on it. We were going to buy a $1500 GTE motor but it came with turbos and automatic transmission and other things that weren't needed.

 

Thanks bro yea those ge motors are stout though got a mutual friend running a 76mm on a ge block and heads w spray running low 9s in a s14.

 

I know that car. That's another reason that's a GE motor. It's going in Bryan@BNR's FD RX-7. Going to be a near copy of Sam's car, engine and ECU wise. Going with a bigger turbo, no nitrous, and an auto. Probably be a while before it's done though.

Anyone need a used ls7 clutch and ls2 flywheel for cheap? They only have about 7k miles on them.

 

Whewww almost got off of page 1! Import Showdown next weekend at MMP. I'm planning on going since I've never been to a showdown event and I'm told it's better than the IFO. It will be nice to see some street car racing.

 

Showdown is a great event. I went to the fall one last year and ripped my bumper!! Track prep was killer!! We sponsored the spring on at SDR this year and I was hoping to sponsor the summer event but we have just had to much going on. We threw the pre race party in the spring and it was a hell of a good time!! Might try to drive down next saturday just for the race if we get caught up around here. If not I am sure we will sponsor the fall race and bring a few cars!!

 

Anyone got info on lower AL? I'm moving to Ft. Rucker/Enterprise in about a week. I have been down there a few times, didn't see a lot of F-Bodies but then I was only down there a few days.
