Clear bra installer?

A good friend is picking up a limited edition 07 Eclass Benz in a few days and driving it back to Miss. He wants to have a clear bra put on the front but the dealership is trying to charge him $1500 to install it. I was wondering if you guys have had it done or know of a good place around Atl that will do a good job and not rape him at the same time
