I don't know Jerry. When I broke my rear end i was doing 5 mph and then laid into it and when I was in the top of second spinning the tires I broke mine!No wheel hop just spinning and it broke and took the tranny along with it!!took it apart and sheared every tooth off the ring and pinion.That was an expensive day!!!

As long as i started with water on both tires i never broke a posi. I did break an axle trying to do a 1.4 60 with 3850# but had already done MANY 1.5-1.6 60' on those axles.
Autos are easy on the 10 bolt. 6 speed can last if you preload the drivetrain at the line
