If ur still forward shift pattern then all u have to do is take the shift lever off the 4L60 and put it on the th350, then u will have to either make a bracket for the cable or drill new holes in the bracket and tranny to bolt it up, or just do what i did and use self tapping screws lol!!!
It depends on how much slip you have in the converter before you can say its nothing like an M6. My PTC is only about 4%. That was about 6350, trapping approx 134mph and going from 1st to 3rd too with 2nd gone in the TH400.
Yep ur right frank my verter feels real tight but i crossing the 1000ft mark at bout 5,800@109 so ya i will run out of gear in the 1/4 cuase my limiter is set at 6,300 but then agian it may not pull that hard either!

You can use your stock shifter bracket. You have to drill a hole dead center between the other 2 holes. Bolts up and all is well.
You can't compare a convertered car to an M6 in trap speeds.
