Quick Lid Question!

Quick Lid Question! so i got an slp lid and I can't seem to pop out the MAF sensor bung thing outa the stock lid to put it in the slp lid. I don't want to break it, but what did ya'll do?

Use anything that is going to make it easier to come off the stock lid. Butter, pam, lube, etc. Try pushing out the grommet piece from the inside.
After you get it out,just throw an egg on it and have lunch!
