New Ride Pics! Ls-Based power in teh future.
A couple quick pics. Shows the new blackouts real well. More mods to come once the aftermarket comes along. Smoked taillights, changed badges from red to black, removed sky badging and redline badge from rear. SMS 10 spoke chrome wheels. Quad tip magnaflow, yada yada. Theres some bling under the hood, but I didnt take any pictures. Comments appreciated. Looking to get an idea of where I want to go with the car, some black or gunmetal IForged wheels are next with a polished lip :goodjob:

Hay Chris..glad to see that you posted up some pics of the car...congrats on the mods..you made a good looking car even better looking..I was impressed that day that you brought it by..I showed Jennifer the pics I took of it and she really was really stoked on the car..she wants one bad.. 
Damn that actually looks pretty awesome! Just wondering, why did you choose it over the Pontiac version? I'm curious what the differences are between the two. Kickass ride, I must say.

The Solstice was running 10s on street tires in the 1/4 with stock GM parts. Also, they said the LS7 fit in no issues as the GM engineers had designed the chassis for just such a swap. They also said it was one of the most fun and brutal cars they've ever drove. It did have suspension and brake upgrades but could outrun a C6 Z06. Used a SSR manual trans. Mallet does LS2 conversions on these cars now.

This is car is a very serious hot rod ... 3.3 for a 0 to 60 time ...I was lucky enough to catch short a ride in this car during the power tour last year...the car was very quick to say the least.

Talk about the ultimate sleeper, debadge the Sky, keep the exhaust quiet after the swap and go hunting for unsuspecting V8 cars and ricers for a bit o' street wagering..... 
Might have to repaint it a different color every few months to throw the competition off .

I'm aware of what the car is and where it's built.
I'm saying that a turbo should not be swapped, it's a good car to mod already.
a base model would be a much better swap (A: Cheaper; B: the na version needs *****, the turbo does not)
