Default The Head's are Off and!!!!!

4 out of the 8 cylinder's was pushing water?? 2 on each side of the engine.
Either my tune is way off or the head's are not up to the task. I am only at 12lbs of boost also, but I did notice some detonation when I was in myrtle beach. I am sure that isn't helping either. So I guess I will try oringing them first and go from there. I will think about for a couple of day's? I still may go with a different head? I did notice that the head stud's did not seem to be real tight.I never did a retorque since the motor was new, so maybe that was part of the problem.

I bet they're not popped. Try re-torqueing them first.
What's the DCR/SCR #'s?
How much timing at boost?
What size studs?
Sux-
..... and all you wanted to do was go fast.

The head gasket's looked fine. After a couple of hard run's I could just re-add water and it was good to go. Make's a mess under the hood, so I need to do something about it. The only thing I know is that I have arp head stud's. I don't know anything about the tune? I know something is not right!

Once the heads have pushed water one time than they will keep doing it until there replaced. Did Roy have any detonation on the dyno when it started pushing water???? Who pulled the heads off???? Also where was it pushing water on the gasket???

tune is not right.....either it is tuned too lean OR you ran out of fuel pump/injector. I'd be interested to see your tune and know what octane you are running. Mine MIGHT run 12psi on the street on 93 octane with a lot of timing dropped...like maybe down to 10 degrees...
i would GUESS it was pushing water on cyls 4,6,3,5

I pulled the head's off.I can see the exhaust residue on the edge of the head's on both side's of the gasket's. I think it might be lean. I have plenty of fuel and the injector's are questionable? Roy said there is no timing in the tune yet. He was just doing a/f but stopped tuning when it pushed water.
You are correct about the cylinder's jerry. I am sure the tune is not correct. As far as octane I run 93 all the time at 12lbs. i am going to get these oringed first and go with that and see how it work's. Also these head's were never retorqued.I was surprised that I was able to break the nut's loose with a 6in. 3/8 ratchet and a small open ended wrench on the handle?A few good pushes or pull's and they were loose!

the loose studs are usually like that when they lift. Find out what timing. You need to be tuned at the track or on the street with traction...dyno is good for knowing where the peak tq and hp is which tells you where to lower timing and fatten a/f. 93octane and long highwaypulls is leaning on it at your hp level

What did he mean by no timing in the tune yet???? Does that mean you were still running 26 Degrees at WOT on 12lbs

That sucks man. I hate that you're having issues. I guess that's what happens when your car is modded so much.

If I knew what it was set at i would tell you. He said there is no timing in it yet. It is probably very low. He do's a/f first and then the timing.

correct....a/f like 10.5-11.0 and then as you bring timing in, it will lean the a/f and hopefully get you to 11.5ish
