Got the cam in and fired the car last night finally. I started working on it Wednesday....got the car all torn apart and the passenger side springs changed. Thursday I changed the driver side springs and got everything else ready for the swap. The cam was delivered last night at 6 and we got it in and put back together by ~8:30. Overall, it was a very simple job. There were a few little hitches, but nothing major. I'm not too sure on the total time, but I'd guess 13-14 hours. That was going slow, taking my time and triple checking everything.
I took it to Cabot last night and Ryan did a base tune on it. We had a lot of idle issues but he worked them out for the most part. There are a couple more adjustments to make and then it's on the WOT tuning

Jaime - I gotta start by saying my wife is awesome. She gave me the nod to buy all this **** and then watched our little one while I worked on it...and didn't complain once. Her only request was that she get to drive it once it was done. What can I say, she's my

Ryan- for putting up with my calls everyday getting info and advice, for lending me the tools that made life VERY easy, and of course for all the tuning you did last night and the tuning you're going to do next week.
Nic - for hanging out and helping me with just about every aspect of the install. Especially for doing my dirty work under the car, you're the man. Couldn't have done it without you

Kris - for all the advice and lending me the pulley puller and valve spring tool. Once again, made life VERY easy.
Jeff - couldn't have got the stock pulley off without you. And I would have thanked you for the pizza you promised last night, but somehow Nic and I were left hanging
Bene - Thanks for the video. It's nice to have that first start on record
To everyone else that I might have missed, thanks a lot. Enjoy the video and hopefully we'll get the bugs worked out next week. Can't wait to really drive her

^^^I'll bring those T-top shades over for Zach next week after I get the tune done. Plan for Tuesday night? I know you've been meaning to get them, but this is all done and out of the way now, so I'll be able to deliver them for real!

Update: Still working on the tune....idle is a bitch. WOT is done but I don't think the tranny is liking the new power too much. Time to start saving for a new one

Ryan is the man....he's really gone out of his way to get this beast running. We've tried a lot of different approaches, and we are making progress, but there's still some issues to work out. I'm glad we all have him in this area though. I know when it's done it'll be the best possible tune I could have.
BTW, WOT feels awesome. It just keeps building power as it goes. It was well worth the effort to swap it out. And idle sounds
