Oh wait... that IS the weekend of the Turkey trots.

Better make it the first weekend of December. There is also an "Open House" at CBI Performance Warehouse in Athens that day.

They always have a nice turnout of all makes and models of cars. Would make for a good day of "showing and going".

Everything usually wraps up around 2pm with the door prizes.

Registration (only required for door-prize eligibility) has always been $10. I assume it will be the same this year.

The meet has been moved to DEC 1. That looks to be the next t&t weekend that would work...how does that sound to everybody?

 

I might be in to come down and B.S. alittle. I might be able to get a few boy's to come. Maybe TA and acouple stang's. I know yall don't want the stang's there but, hey yall have someone to beat up on.

What time does the CBI meet end?

 

CBI Open House doesn't have an "official" end time, but generally, there is a mass exodus following the door-prize drawings, which generally take place around 1-1:30pm.

We could stay until the drawings are over and be at the track around 2.

All this is, of course, dependant on the actual schedule at CBI, but unless you are deeply invested in the door-prize drawings, there is nothing to keep you there until it is over.

An option might be for everybody to just meet at CBI, hang out until, for example, 11:30. If we left @ 11:30, we could easily be at Huntsville Dragway right around noon.

Just some options, y'all post up your thoughts.

 

Just wondering what is CBI? what does it stand for? I hear yall talking about it all the time but, I have no damn clue what it is. If I can get harley to go I'll be there.
