Guy just got to Fayetteville NC. I was needing a tune for LS1. Who and where are the best in the area.

The Carolinas are filled with tuners - you are in luck.

IMO the best with the LSx/LTx series is Alvin Anderson of PCMForLess. We share our building with him and he tunes every single one of our projects. He's always consistent with SAFE tunes that make BIG power and drive as good as possible. Can't beat that with a stick.
