I can't wait for the car show! Like detoxx said I want to try to fill the parking lot up with cars. Guys I want us to have fun and try not to act stupid because we don't need the police coming out and running us off. Let's make this a good turn out and have the best time! I'm bringing some food to grill but I can't feed everybody so if you want to bring some food to grill, I would be more than happy to grill it for you. If someone has a grill please bring it so we can cook the food faster. Lets have full stomachs and have a good time

Just bring a lil bit of everything. Some soft drinks , maybe sum beer or whatever comes to mind. For those who don't know, there's a winn dixie right on the other side of the park so we don't have to worry about running out of anything. There's also a buffalo wild wings over there too so people can hang out there after dark and chew on some wings if they didn't get some food at the park.

We can move it to fritchie park if everybody here agrees to it. Its a little bit closer and you don't have to go thru the whole freakin city to get to it, Just a thought because I just came from there about 15 min ago.

 

lets just meet up at slidell park, since everybody coming form new orleans and mississippi already have directions to it, then if need be we can all drive to fritchie park.

FYI-I passed John Slidell park today after 2pm and I hope yall plan to meet in the back because if its like it was today, no area in the front section was open, it was jammed packed with people and kids. Only way anything in the frotn is going to happen if someone gets there early and ropes it off....???? Not sure if anyone will say anything, not sure if anyone "in charge" will be around???

 

I will try to get there around ten in the morning. Hopefully nobody will be there. I work for AT&T so I might bring my cones off my truck and block it off and hope nobody tells me anything. I know thats early for a sunday but i hope people start showing early so we can take up the parking lot before other people take it up.
