Yep, that's me....4000lb car, stock suspension, no rear sway bar and a hole in the muffler big enough to put a fat belly coon in. And if that isn't enough, the motor has 17k on it and has never been touched or SPRAYED! Car made 4 passes. 1, 9.22/ 2, 9.20/ 3, 9.26/ 4, 9.26/ not to shabby for a guy banging through some gears. Drove to the track and then home.
Let me remove 600lbs, and you and I will be equal in weight. Let me buy some springs and shocks for the front and we might be the same too.

The guy is learning to drive the car!
once he gets a feel for it we will turn it back up for some power runs.
This car can't run in street EFI (boosted)
I did a shakedown run in the car Saturday with low boost and 10.0 AFR, left a 2000 rpm and shifted at 5000 rpm. Ran a 8.90 at 122.
I think it will do OK once the bugs are worked out and we turn it up.

Nothing, all we did was change the clutch fluid....Not bad times for the first run since Memphis of 07'.

The thing with me is that I can't get it to hook. I'm thinking about upgrading the front as well..it's just an Eiback Pro Kit Spring on it at the moment.
Well, that's just it...I'm still running stock front and rear shocks and springs that have 97k on them and no rear sway bar after my 9 inch install.. When I put the sway bar back on it should help with the 60' ft and keep the car launching straight....I saw where you bought new shocks and springs, that's why I said that.......

My car is N/A but probably won't run in street. I don't want to put it in the wall trying to run on a street tire. I will just have to play with the big boys or run test n tune. I am glad to see another class for the street EFIs to run in but the nitto's don't hook at the track for me. Its kinda weird cause they do better on the street.
Good luck this season guys

Here's KK's shakedown pass 9.02 @ 118. This is going to be one bad *** vette when the "King of Spray" gets done with this one. Sorry for the bad quality on the video.
