i feel bad for taking so long for put something on here. landon was one of my best friends, i been so busy last week i was one of the few people who helped building landon car last week. all we had was 2nd and 3rd gear we have something wrong with the valve body, and the transbrake didnt work. the first pass we did was a 12.5 it act like it was losing fuel on the big end so we got that fix and the second pass it ever made was a 11.5 1/4 ,9.5 1000 ft on motor but i belive it will be in the 8ths in the 1000 after we get more tuning time and tranny fixed

I would like to add that it cut a 1.6 or 1.7 60ft time with launching in second gear!

yes it was a thrash to put this car together we had 4 nights and we worked till 1:30 every nite. we were able to put a tubler frt end change gears and build his tranny. the motor had already been done other than putting the heads on and intake. you see all these guys on pinks that say they build a car in 2 days or even 1 day and i call bull ****. this car had to be wired and tranny built along with rear gears and new frt end parts. this car was giving us fitts all the way up until thursday nite when we should have been leaving. it didnt have 1st gear but the motor felt so good leaving in 2nd we decided to take it. we finally made it and then the rain started coming down, finally we made a pass that friday nite. it had a 1.7 60 ft and fell on its face on the big end going 12.65 in the quarter at 81 mph. we scratched our heads and decided to crank fuel preesure up and take off the hood which on the 2nd run when rich dropped his hands the left frt tire lifted and i was gone yelling landons name the whole way down 1.63 60ft in 2nd gear and ran 7.2 in 1/8 9.5 in 1000 ft and a 11.53 at 111mph in 1/4 his motor is very impressive and it has a lot more. oh ye i forgot to tell ya that all we had was a 750cfm carb and with this size motor it at least needs a 950 cfm!!!!!! landon was a very good and close friend of mine and he will be missed very much we dd make pinks like we said we were gong to do and now their is just 3 more races that i know of . landon was building this car for 3 main reasons all i could here him say is out running MERVE, CHRIS KILTNER AND ABLES 1100 HP VETTE and i would love to bring this car out if his parent will let us and finish what landon started!!!!!!!!!!!

im glad u guys got to take it out. I heard form catfish(cant remember his name) that they was giving u guys some problems on running. sucks. it means alot to u guys im sure to even have it there. congrats.
