Pinks After going through tech today they told me no faster than a 12.0 run in a vert without a roll cage! First round of time trials/tnt had about 40 cars go through before the rain hit. We waited several hours for it to clear up and for them to dry the track. These guys torched the track and VHTed the whole 1320. We were finally back to racing. My first and only pass was a 1.50 60ft,6.59 in the 1/8, 8.54 at the 1000ft mark, 10.18 at 137.5mph in the 1320. This run was on a 100 shot I think???????? First time to spray this motor and we did not test the system and the electronics to make sure it was ok. The car acted like it was running on just motor. W/B was crazy running 14.8 to 15 .2 AFR way lean. at this point we don't know what the hell happened. We have to decide to run motor mid tens or try the spray again after trying to fix the lean AFR to run in the 10.0 index. I am guessing that there will be a 10.0
or a 10.50 class, just a guess.
We saw many cars that looked fast but ran slow (detuned).
I think Frank had issues with the truck, Brian had issues with the velle. all in all a cluster fu*k for most of us.

well u might have seen me there if i wasnt parked across from u. i ran the goat with 100 shot and on a push button with dtreet tires for the first time ran 11.73@118. i was looking for a 11.50 but if i had a window switch im sure the hits would b spread evenly instead of what i thought was 3000-5500.
Your the guy running the skinnies on the front and the stockers on the back? I didnt see you run but 11.7 is moving. I am usually walking around Franks Lightning, or Keltners or Ables car. Stop by tomorrow.

Just got in from Red River Raceway, Pinks picked a 9.80 field and all races were very tight. Final came down to a blue dodge from Texas and a little dark gray chevy pick up from Arkansas. Dodge won round one, Chevy took the next two for the best of three and the $10,000 win. It was two days of some good racing, the Pinks show was better then I expected it would be. I have not seen a crowd like that in a very long time at RRR.
Well I had to leave early cause I have to go out of town in the morning, but the rain cleared out around 2pm or so and they started racing. 9.8 field was picked as we were leaving. We had VIP tags so we got to meet most of the staff and look at the "WAR ROOM" where Nate and Adam do the cards and watch to make sure your not sandbagging. All in all had a real good time, Rich, Nate, Adam, and Kale are stand up guys and I was happy to meet them. They said this was the best "All Out" show by far that they have done because of the spectators and RRR staff. They also said they hope to be back in about 4-5yrs do to trying to hit every track in the nation. Next show is in Gainesville, FL I think. If any of you running made the pick good luck to ya. The 9.8 field looked pretty stout.

They announced the field was not a 9.90 or a 9.70, Its going to be a 9.80 field. I thought for sure I was fixing to be in the show. I ran a 9.81 at 139.85 mph. They called the 16 names but needless to say my name was not called. I was so close.
Had a great time and the car ran great after some minor n2o repairs.

The yellow Z06 is a LS2 402 F1A that I built for a buddy of mine. It puts down 850rwhp but we are having trouble with it bogging between shifts and on the launch. It ran a 10.5x. Awesome car!

2001 convertible, black on black, LS3 418, MN6, 4.10s CCW drag pack, and 100 shot on a TNT F1 power ring.
Car ran 9.81 at 139 mph in the time trials. 1.45 60ft. The window switch was set at 6800 witch cut the nitrous off way before The 1320. I logged the run and the rpm trap was 7498 rpm!!!!! The 4.10s are a little high for the 1320.
