Yeah, I'm definatley racing. I want at least 3 runs down the track.

 

im gonna give it a go at least once or twice. couldnt get the new clutch in due to the bell housing flange bolts wouldnt even budge with an impact. will have to get an earlier start on it again perhaps saturday morning and see if i can get in there. i couldnt even impact em off. i think they are locktited which will really suck!!!

i talked to craig he said he might try to get out there, and im switching out my wheels/tires tonight when i get home.

 

saweet!!! looking forward to lining up against that TA! lol have you tracked it before, if so what did it run? you can PM me if you dont want everyone to know. im praying for low 12's, but we will have to see. honestly im not too awful worried about it cause i have changes i want to make in the very near future and they should really help me a lot. just have to see how it goes.

I say lets all meet here at my house around 2pm or so, we can grill out, check the weather, and leave at about 530 or so. I'm done working for the weekend at 6am friday morning, I'll sleep a bit, then get up and load the car and ****, won't take long.

probably a little late...i'm still at work. but i've only run out at pc and ran 8.85 before the long tubes/stall. so i would be happy with a mid 13. its a lot louoder than it is fast. should be there about 7 or 730

I ended up going on Saturday. Made 4 runs, best run was 13.4 @ 98. Could always go out to the Phenix City track. its not the best/cheapest, but it is close.

 

Not too bad man!! I had thought about going yesterday but then decided to wait till a later date. Were there a lot of people at the track?

no there werent a lot of cars there. there was maybe 5 "street" cars that were all slower than me, then there was probably 20-25 "race" cars that were all WAY faster than me.

 

OK, my boss at papa johns messed up, and I am technically off all weekend again. I'm going back this friday, who is with me?

BTW excellent runs 5.3, I was very close to going on saturday too, but I didn't want to go by myself. I'da went if I would have known you were there.

thanks man, i thought you had said you were gonna be there all weekend, shoulda called. But it was a kinda spur of the moment thing. Not gonna be able to make it out to reynolds this weekend. might make it out to PC though on Friday night

 

I'm open to either PC or reynolds at this point. I just want some timeslips!

 

i kind of had my heart set on some quarter mile passes, but as with jeremy, im open for anything at this point.

have to replace my clutch slave cylinder tomorrow. if anyone wants to they can lend a hand for the bleeding process. figured out its not my clutch that was going out, its the slave cylinder. my clutch is now an on/off switch till tomorrow. sux
