re:Who are the FNG's?
I'm Jason.....drive a silver 97 SS......not even close to stock. I own more f-bodies than I can say without taking a minute to count up.....none of which are in operation at the moment besides the SS. I'm buying a 125k mile 1995 Formula M6 from a friend. I've paid him most of the money already, but owe another $500. He worked the deal out with me to keep it from going to a stranger. (It's nice to have friends!!) I've already got just about everything I plan on building it with. It's getting a WS6 hood/airbox, TA hatch/spoiler, 4.10 twelve bolt, full bolt ons, and alot of suspension work.....also have Lingenfelter CNC heads & a Comp cam reserved in my shop to add down the road. I have always wanted a black WS6 or Firehawk LT1 Formula. They just look both simple and sinister at the same time.
I live in Milledgeville and can count the times I've been to Columbus on one hand probably, but I still keep up with this thread because it's about the only one I've seen that is about Georgia that stays somewhat updated. LOL
I've got 4 kids (3 of which I have custody of) and my fiance has 3.....so they are probably going to all be set with some nice first cars if they can prove to be responsible with them. Granted, they aren't going to be turned loose with an f-body until they do a few years in my fiance's Honda Fit (P.O.S.) or some other lesser powered car.

Forgot to mention I also have a 61 Bel Air (my first car) with an all iron 433" bbc. Solid roller, 13.5:1, th400, 4.88 twelve bolt. It's currently just a drag car due to the compression and aluminum rods, but I plan on one day building a 505" (4.350"x4.25") with around 11.5:1 to replace it...so I can cruise it a little more. Also going to a True Trac instead of the spool. I've got a 4L80e and a "little black box" manual shift controller to swap in too.....but it will be awhile before I can afford a stall for the 4L80. I also have a stock shortblock LS2 with L92 heads that I'm planning on running in the car (carb'd & cammed) that should be down about 150-200 HP from my big block, but also about 250 pounds lighter. It will be nice to drive around with hydraulic roller lifters and the ability to buy cheap gas....as well as go on longer trips. I'm hoping to set this up with a set of fenderwell headers to make it kinda easy to swap from the bbc to the LSx. My friends use to joke with me saying my 61 has velcro motor mounts. LOL
