However, "they say **** like that", because the spelling, punctuation, and grammar that is posted on this board, from Louisiana members, is horrible. I live down here with you all, and still have a difficult time understanding some of these posts.

Well hold on Todd, for the right amount of dollars I think we can coax bassboat out of retirement to run but then everybody would say thats not fair when his car had tags and all.

Yeah, but you see the point. Chris' car should be in the 8's now, and there are others up there that are even faster. People can't say there aren't any speed shops up there, when World Record Holders live, work, and get their work done in the Atlanta area. Multiple people up there have cars with over 1000 rwhp and are driven on the street.

Yeah they do have people that have the shops and so forth because they have the support from alot of people that own cars that want performance work done. Down here there are only a few people that have cars so the need is not demanding enough to have as many shops as places such as Atlanta, Houston, and New Jersey. My point was that we do have fast cars. When bassboat was ruling the streets it took a pro-mod car to beat him on the street. At that time he had 2 stangs that ran 7 sec. We watch someone radar his car on the street and he came thru the quarter at high 160ish mph His car had plates, tags and maybe insurance. He decided to leave the street and run on the track.
