^^^ Thanks for the update but I'm surprised a bit. Do you at least get to pick out the repair shop? Make sure you don't get 'junk' parts.
I asked the adjuster if he inspected my car and he said that he looked at pics, I was like WTF... I don't understand how they can make a call like this, without physically inspecting the car, especially since it's a convertible and it's a collector car.

As for the parts, they seem to be looking at LKQ for parts. What would you suggest? I was told that I could supply my own, but that's a lot of **** to look for.
If they are going to paint your hood as well, have them do the work. I'm not sure if you fight them ton total it or not. To me that looks like more than $3600 in damages.

I have no idea on parts or where they are made but I sure would not want Chinese replacement parts crap on my F-body. Many auto parts stores sell Chinese stuff and everyone knows how many times the parts are brought back. You still have to do the labor each time, whether yourself or paying a shop. No thanks!! Sorry this happened.
