what is the firehawk difference
yeah i have in my possession a 95 firehawk and im wondering what gives it the 315hp 340 FT Lb torque opposed to a normal LT1's 285hp? i see on the inside of the hood says something like - this vehicle was altered after production by SLP- and some other stuff and it lists that they replaced the hood and exhaust and some other stuff but thier has to be something deeper, could anyone inform me

Same motor, just bolt ons. The intake is different and it comes with SLP exhaust. My firehawk has almost 500 hp, but then again... its not stock
Firehawks came with the same cam, heads, manifolds... but did have a different hood, shifter, intake, exhaust, rims, and suspension (billstiens optional). The exhaust was also optional too. They also had 1LE stuff and optional Auburn Diff.
Enjoy the bird man, I love mine.
