Default Which T/a Will Be Worth More?

Just to spark a debate, What T/A's 98-02 will be worth the most in 20 or so years?

Wouldnt dealer made cars not be worth as much to a collector later on?(like the Carl Black T/A's)

I'd say the very low number GMMG or Burger cars, along with some of the SLP SSs or Firehawks. I seriously doubt we will see the price increases like the orginal Yankos, Baldwins, or Berger cars of the 60s, except in the case of the like 10 GMMG ZL1s with the 427. Otherwise, drive and enjoy, that's what they were meant for

Keep in mind that any car is only worth what a person will pay for it on any given day.

I've seen Plane-Jane first generation Camaros sell for very high $$ only because the car reminded the buyer of the one he drove in High School 30 years ago.

I think that the rarely optioned cars will bring good money in the future. It will be a good 20 years, but its already happening with the late 70's Z28's and TA's. They could be had for a few thousand dollars in the past now nice cars are bringing in the 20's. IE Low mile Bandit TA's 4spds

I know they only made just over 200 exactly like mine. But no one in the pricing guides (blue book, etc.) knows that, so it is not going to really be worth that much more than any fourth gen.

I looked at the value of mine through my bank and all of the price guide sites and the value is in the 30's for it should something happen to it but no one would pay that for my car if I sold it. DAYUM! Where is that sucker that is born everyday.

Very true. I've been keeping up with the 77-81 T/As and they are going up a bit. I'm hoping to get one in a year or so for a decent price before it becomes a gold rush like the first gens.

I'm with you on that one

But I would have to say the 2002 T/A's because they are the "Last of the Breed" the last of the 4th gen made. This is being aside from the CETA, Blackbirds, and Firehawks.

They only had a few badges on them. A car is worth what poeple will pay for it. Will those little badges added to a base model make sombody fork over an extra couple grand?.....

Well, my husband just bought a 94 Firehawk and I have an 02 NHRA. I know how much the Firehawk is worth now and was just wondering what would happen with the NHRAs in the future. I guess only time will tell!! Thanks!

Worth more as far as "collectable" or more because they're in great shape, still running, have/haven't been modded?

Depends how you define "worth", I guess?

Too many factors to guess (rarety/no. made, being only one of them)-IMHO
