Default Question about firehawk wings.

Why do some firehawks come with raised wings and others don't. Is it an option. because I was really stoked that I found a low mileage 02 firehawk with 20,000 miles for 22k and it doesn't have a raised wing. I like the looks of the raised wing a lot more.

The 1999, 2000 & 2002 had the SLP optional spoiler for T/A Firehawks, the 2001 only the 10th anniversary T/A Firehawks came standard with that spoiler.2001 non-anniversary T/A Firehawks no SLP option spoiler was avaible. www.firehawk.org has the options.

Give me that wing, & I'll buy you a replacement high-level wing!
What's your shipping address?!?
I'll give ya my address, & you make the trade, & send me that SLP optional thing, ...
(I'll put it away for safe keeping.)

If the car is black and the paint on the hatch is near perfect we can trade perhaps.

To some people probaby for unique & rare option. My 2001 has the upper level spoiler, yet the SLP one was not an option unless I would have ordered a 10th anniversarry one. Go to www.firehawk.org see the breakdown on the production #'s with options. The 2002 SLP option breakdown has never been release, so do not expect to find those #'s.

Firehawk Trans Ams have a raised wing. Firehawk Formulas don't. Then there's the optional SLP spoiler.

I don't like it. i think it's ugly. I think the raised wing on the trans am is a lot more esteticly pleasing .
