SS & WS6 weight

Can anybody give me the specs on the stock weights of a 2002 SS and WS6?

I believe the stock weight for an 02 ws6 was 3627lbs

My car weighed 3500lbs on the dot without me in it.

I cant see that, its more like 3400 and change. My SS weighed in at 3616 at e-town. Thats with me in it (180lbs), full options, A4, t-top, and 1/3 tank of gas.

My Car Was Weighed With 1/2 Tank Of Gas At Was 3440lbs. My Car Is T-top. Also That Weight Was Without Me In It.

I got that number from the 2002 Sales Brocher (sp?) It showed the weight for the cars formula-ws6 ranged from 3319lbs-3627lbs

wow, if thats true, the weight of the formula(3319lb) and the ws6(3627lb) then thats a big difference between the two.

I think the high end of the weight range is probably an automatic convertable.

Registration card on my car when I first got it said 3415lbs. I was in shock! Full interior, dont know how much gas though.

That also includes the verts.

3627 for a auto vert sounds about right. They weigh about 160lbs more than a T-top. So 160 + 3440 is 3600 which is real close.

mY 2000 SS weighed 3450# no driver at certified scales. T-Tops and leather.

I weighed mine with a full tank of gas and it weighed 3535 without me. My brothers 99 SS weighed 3460 set up the same way as mine.

Mine weighs 3297 w/out a driver...half tank of gas.

Only weight reduction I have done is removal off all emissions, spare and jack....and I think the headers are true duals will save a little bit of weight also.

All things being equal...does a t-top car weigh more? I dont see why it would?

on this website i was on that tells you the weight of every single option down to leather and hatch release say that a t-top car weigh 12lbs more than a hard top
