WOW, I'll be asking about that in (2) weeks, but I'll also be replacing the entire exhaust system in another (2) years anyhow. No wonder my dual 3" cutouts provide so much more "BREATHE and FLOW".
Interesting and thanks for sharing! Probably, why I'm not squeezing as much out of my aftermarket mods as I had hoped for!

it seems to be on the 2000 catbacks, and the newer ones didn't have it. Look at your exhaust tips and you might be able to tell or use a clothes hanger and see if it stops before the muffler.
