Thanks Dr Evyl for doing this for us!!! We all appreciate it. Hey is there any way you can add the official tally of production numbers next to the years? For instance, 2002- XXXX made. There is inconsistent info out there as to how many ws6s were made for each year. Seems like everyone has a different answer. It would be kinda cool if you had the numbers and can put them next to the year. Thanks!

-4l60e is now a TH400 A3
worth noting:
ASC stated they had a fire and lost most '99 build numbers, some 00 build numbers
99' was first year for Pewter and also the year of the strike putting all WS6's on hold (SS's as well)
First batch of Pewter vehicles were rejected by ASC for severe mismatch in paint color
I have yet to find another 99' Pewter Vert WS6 - ANYONE FIND ONE LET ME KNOW PLEASE
Pontiac society has been a great help in pointing me in the right direction in gathering bits and peices of info on our rides....too much to type...

Thanks Justin, I am proud to post my baby on this site with the ASC# 5258 built Jan.15, 2002. My WS6 is an M-6 3x Black with unknown cam and headwork, usual bolt ons, Hooker Headers and Catback, FACTORY HURST shifter,suspension mods.
R.I.P. My previous 2001 Trans Am non-WS6, but an m6 and Triple Black was totalled by an old lady running a red light.
Gone but not forgotten!!!
R.I.P. My 1999 Trans Am non-WS6 Red on Graphite A4........needed to switch gears Literally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
