Ss Or 1 Le???

Hi Guys
I Have A 2002 Ss Does It Have The Same Size Sway Bars As A Reg Z28? If Yes Is The 1 Le A Good Upgrade? And Does It Have Rubber Or Poly Bushings On The Tie Rods And Swaybar? Want To Keep As Close To Stock As Possible Thansk

no, i think the sway bar in the SS is like 5mm larger than on the Z28. Correct me if im wrong tho fellas.

I have an 02 1le, the front sway bar is 35mm and rear 21 mm, not sure what reg ss and z28's have. And all the bushings on the 1le's are stiffer, not sure if they are poly though, think they are.

I think the 1LE package gave you...

35mm front
21mm rear
Poly sway bar bushings
Poly end links
Stiffer springs
Different shocks over the regular F-body shocks

The regular F-body's got...

32mm front bar
19mm rear bar
Rubber sway bar bushing mounts
Poly end links
Decarbon shocks
Standard springs

I may be off on the bar sizes though as it has been a while since I had the size near me.
