I believe the RPO code you are thinking of is "1SH"

Thats the 1! and yes if you have 1sh rpo then you have a NHRA edition.

Can't wait till x-mas, I'm pretty sure the girlfriend is gonna get me a new badge kit. When I bought the car all it had was the rear installed and one fender badge in the center console.

I am not sure that there is a diagram of proper placement. I purchased a full set after buying my car, they did not come with a placement guide.

If you all have a tally going of the wrecked ones chalk up another. I don't have a picture at the moment but I can get one in the future. It's an '01 6 speed (not sure if they're all manuals or not). We bought it in '02 with 12k miles for $4k from a Police auction. We bought it to steal the ls1/6 and t56 and swap them into a '66 LeMans convertible GTO clone.

I have one of these. Purchased it from my parents who purchase it new. Soon as I figure out how to do pics I'll get them up

02 formula m6

Car currently has c6 18s on it. 3.73 gears and just installed a tsp rumbler cat back. Other then that it's stock. I'm planing some mods in the near future.

I just now started playin with mine. Put some 3.73 in it. Put a eps cam in it and some long tubes. Had eps tune it. Other then that. It remains stock. I like out runing the newer cars. Lol

Just bought mine a few months ago from another forum member, it already had AR headers and hi flow cats, CAI, ported TB, converter, STB, Borla, LS6 intake. I imagine it will eventually get an engine swap seeing I have a pretty good source for those.
