SLP badge Did anyone elses car come with a little SLP badge opposite to the SS badge on the rear of their car. My car has a few slp options: mats, Dual Dual, ect. I was just wondering if that badge came on the car from SLP or if a previous owner put it on them selfs.

SLP used to sell those, for you to put on yourself - they never put them on. You used to be able to get the "Hurst Equipped" badges to put on yourself also

About 6 yrs ago I talked to an old guy at the local dragstrip. I was in line behind him and noticed the SLP badge. He had just bought this SS brand new, it had like 200 miles on it at the time. I asked him what was with the "SLP" (cause I had never heard of it) he said it was an upgraded SS with proformance options. He had not modified the car at all himself. The badge was black and looked just like my Z28 badges. So who knows...
