Default wrecked my firehawk

cant believe it, i was in denial for 2 days just thinking it was a dream and i was going to wake up from it. i was driving down a back road doing about 45-50mph at night, looking for a cd to listen to, looked up and saw i was dead on a 90 degree left turn. i hit the brake and turned the wheel, the car actually turned but i slid off the road and hit the ditch and into the bushes. the whole passneger side of the car took the impact and almost destroyed every panel on that side! insurance quoted me for doing $4,485 worth of damage to my car, its currently in the shop and wont be done for 2 weeks

pics are here, im a noob to internet and dont really know how to post pics on here very well

that stinks man im sorry. about a month ago i was driving a back road about 45 mph and i guess the road USED to go straight years ago but now detours off to the left. no signs or nothin. i stopped literally a yard before about a 6-8 foot drop i have no clue what the heck that gully is for. and when i stopped, i had already gone past the asphalt and was on dirt. i was in my truck though, not the hawk

I sure hope everyone in the car was ok.
Cars can always be fixed.

Be careful out there.

lol..i thought the wreck was bad cause its my baby and thier wasnt a scratch on her! the quote came from a place that my insurance company said was the only place i could take it to, they are paying for it so idc. pics might not look too bad but they have to change the door, rocker, front fender, and ground effect which totally riped off. yea the car is durty on the inside but just cause i had just wrecked the car and didnt clean it up after the wreck, i actually polished and totally detailed the car the day before i wrecked it luckly no one was hurt in the wreck, i was just a little tense the next day.

I feel your pain. Last summer I was driving down the road. A guy pulled out ahead of me with a rusty dune buggy on a trailer. I was doing about 45 when the wheel fell off of the dune buggy into my lane. I didn't even have time to hit the brake before I hit the wheel.

good lord lol thats horrible. mine would have be A LOT worse if i didnt hit the passenger side bluntsided, pretty much the whole passenger side hit all at the same time, but if i would have hit more front or rear heavy im sure the dmg would have been a lot worse then it turned out. but my car was perfect so i definatly consider this wrecked, cant wait to get her back next week!

As the great Jim Morrison stated, " Keep your eyes on the road and your hands upon the wheel". I did the same thing with a Ford EXP accept I was looking for a cassette, was hammered and t boned a 75 Cordoba! Sorry bout your accident bro. The only thing that looks real bad is the rocker and door. At least the nose didn't get f**ked up.

thats not bad at all. mostly body damage. just panel replacement and youll be fine. the only thing that would cause worry is the rocker panel under the door, thats part of the floor/unibody. im sure it could be pulled out and fixed well enough. i wouldnt call it a wreck either. and 4400 is nothing, it could have been ALOT worse.

Soryy to hear about the car, but atleast everyone is ok. Looking for cds can be very dangerous. I knew someone that was looking for a cd and rolled their Jeep. Be thankful it wasn't worse.
