But the difference is that WS6 actually was a package and not just some mad up name that SLP threw on a car. Firehawk has no historical meaning or any other meaning other than SLP put it on the car..

Rob,

I agree. The turbo TA was pretty sweet. As you said though, the third-gen firehawk was the best one, it actually had drastic changes.

Yeah I understand, I dont even own an LS1 I run a 02 Grand Prix GT, run around on clubgp.com, but yes I was graced with seeing the car today in person at my shop prior to being delieverd to Car And Driver, I just thought id share that it is really a real car.

not that I would have bought any SLP garbage before, but I'll garentee i'll never touch anything with the SLP name on it again if they do that , its so WRONG
