Stainless Works "special request" S10 Header group buy!
I had to grind my bellhousing down a ton to get them to clear. You can see those two cracks where the bellhousing is about aluminum foil thin.

Got them on!

Smacked the firewall pinch weld for half an hour, and took the grinder to the bolt and washer on the passenger UCA with my engine mounts all the way forward, and got them in! Putting the headers in, and then lowering the engine is a two-man job. Especially so you don't crush them. But overall, the passenger side goes in without much of a fit. Going to try drivers side later this week.

Well my set is going in a race truck so not much is left in the engine compt and the firewall has already been hammered in places. Guess it's just time to get it installed and find issues for my self
Update!!! Installed a set on the 01 blazer I'm building a couple months ago and the fitment is awesome. No contact anywhere with the body, on had to shim the steering box with one washer and I'm running a stick steering shaft.
these are nice headers, I used a set on a 1st gen truck, I made my own solid mounts and set the motor as far back and low as possible, used the CTSV LSA oilpan and tubed the front crossmember. using ridetech a-arms
if tube #6 and 8 were reworked a bit it would allow for ALOT more a-arm clearance but im not sure how that would affect you guys with A/C
