The heads are being worked by Tony M right now. The chambers should end up at about 65-66 without having to mill. I was planning on a -10cc dish to make 11.3. I am sure I could use your -8 cc dish and up the gasket a little. I want a motor than can stand sustained high RPMs from HPDEs . Are the clevite H bearings coated?

The Clevite H bearings are not coated. The coating is $95. This is for the Poly Dyn coating. There is much debate on the effectiveness of coated bearings. However we have not seen any failures due to the coating. So for $95. you cant really go wrong.
