How about driver and passenger door glass? Would allow for faster up and down and longer lasting motors.

the only problem is that in order to prevent the window from sucking out at the top during a run, it has to be braced which prevents rolling the window up and down.

will do, but hey the drop-in front and rears would be right up your alley as well since it takes weight off the top of the car.
