Due to some recent problems and events...
1. JPR will NOT use any customer supplied engine parts.
2. Future engine installations are not available anymore.
3. Port work/flow adjustments to any competitors heads will not be performed anymore.
Thanks.

No Mike, it wasn't you guy's, customers have been either buying the wrong engine parts and or un- ballanced engine parts that require additional machine work, our machine shop is over booked with work to begin with, they do excellent work but there on the slow side lately. I have delt with them for years and I personally don't remember it taking 2-3 weeks + to get a full motor ballanced, but I'm tired of taking heat for out sourced work thats late that I have no control over that could have been avoided if the customer bought ballanced parts to begin with as requested.
Yes, we still install H/C packages.
Joe.

Naa, It's not just your parts Bear, I have 2 other motors being balanced right now that's taking forever, One is your friend Chris with his own supplied 383 kit that the pistons took 1.5 mos to show up because his order fell between the cracks from "Strokers R us" or something like that. The other motor arrived as a basket case that seems to be fubared, that one is there too. Another point I would like to make would be, even if a customer supplies a ballanced rotate recipro, (not in your case Bear) 9 times out of 10, there not parts that we would have chosen and then were practicly demanded to stand behind it with our warranty? just not right.
