What if you give me a $20 credit and I'll post install pics?

I'll probably call you this week or next for a battery

How about you get a battery at regular price and after you post install pics I'll refund you back 20.

Do you sell a whole "kit" for a trunk mounted setup?

Shouldn't be too tough; just bundle a box, cutoff switch and enough 1ga/2ga wire with terminators attached.
Heck, throw in a piece of sandpaper and a mini tube of dielectric grease.

Maybe that way, people would start doing it right and not causing themselves
grounding problems and fire hazards.

I put this battery in about a month ago. Starts the car no problem even with the car sitting for weeks between races. Does crank the car over more slowly than the stocker as expected. First day at the track I brought the stocker along just in case but have not neede it all summer. Modular was great to deal with also.

Installed the battery in my car tonight.
The first post stated that it could be installed in any position, so I layed it on it's side in
the stock battery tray then fastened it down with a shortened set of J bolts and a rubber retainer.
(I may swap that out for a metal strap later; it's just what I happened to hand on hand)

The battery arrived pretty much as described.
It came with top-post adapters, which were somewhat uselss in our case.
I bought a set of side-post adapters from a local parts store.
They're a little longer than I'd like, I'll shop around for shorter ones to make the install cleaner.

I did not charge the battery, I installed it as it arrived.
It cranked a little slower than the standard battery, but it did start.
383 Lt1 - 11.44:1 SCR ; 10.55:1 DCR ; ~1175rpm idle

EDIT: I did a little more testing the next morning with a full charge.
Same result, motor cranked slowly, but did eventually start.
Maybe I should run two in parallel like LS1-450 did?
