How bout offering a better designed ory. Or busting out the die grinder or rewelding them so the collector Y is a little neater? Can you pass that on to pacesetter. Thats my only beef. I'm still putting em on that way.

Also is there any CAT option for these pacesetters? How about selling us some strapon/clamp-on devices that look like cats. They don't have to be cats, or even named cats. Lets call them round heatshields. Preferablly with clamps. In the shape of cats Just for pure cosmetic reasons you know?

that would be somethind i'd buy for the once a year show where i gotta put mirrors next to the underside

That sucks if they are raiseing the price on pacesetters as of Dec 1st and Jan 1st.

I was wanting to buy a set about spring of next year however if they are rasing the cost then I might as well buy the hookers as the coated ones were less than $100 higher than the pacesetters.

Think pacesetter is making a mistake.

I think so too. I was gonna buy a set this spring because I am a college student. If they are raising the price about 100 I will go with Hookers. Thats fvckin ridiculous.

This looks like a great deal! Do you have any pics of the headers and also HP increases. I dont know anything about the pacesetters, so please let me know.

Also does the deal, if I buy coated headers, ypipe, have a installation hardware kit included?

This will be for a 02 WS6.

Thanks, Dave

Its the same type of coating that is on other brands of headers such as the Hooker and the Jet-Hot headers. I don't think they do the inside completely.

Yep. From Pacesetters website:
Manufactured using mandrel-bent, mild steel tubing and surface-ground, thick steel flanges, PaceSetter Headers are available with standard black painted finish or Armor*Coat, a polished, 2000 Degree F, metallic-ceramic coating. Each header undergoes an extensive preparation phase followed by two applications of the coating and a high-temp curing process. The Armor*Coat won't discolor like paint, chrome or dull finish coating, reduces underhood temperatures, resists rust and corrosion and is easy to keep clean. All PaceSetter Headers come with hardware, gaskets and illustrated instructions and are backed by a three-year warranty.
