I'm way, way, way to busy to try and manage someone else's money. I don't have the time, working as I do mostly alone to keep track of various payments and plans, let alone sit on the inventory that others could be riding on. I have to pay for these things. Holding them for payments, in effect, makes me a bank or pawn shop, and that's not my business.

I appreciate you asking, but frankly the way I see it: If you want/need to make payments, you can do that via a credit card company or a bank on a personal loan. A car dealer likely won't hold a car that way, you can either buy it or arrange financing for the car. This is pretty much the same thing, albeit with much smaller numbers.

I understand completely, and commend you for getting yourself out. This is why I like to use Debit cards (as a credit card for safety reasons) myself. I had carrying balances and try to avoid it whenever possible. That's what they are counting on... folks paying over time a looonnng time.

I can do less on pairs of shocks vs. a complete set of 4..... I have to find time to get the prices changed on the website... but you can always call and I'll get you fixed up even if the website doesn't show it.

Sam,

is a 4/4 rear shock set to full soft and a 4/3 rear shock, also set to full soft, going to be the same firmness?

I've been reading up on koni's for a while but what's the difference between the single adjustable shocks and the 4/4s?

the 4 and the 3 refer to which generation.

4th gen front/ 4th gen rear
4th gen front/ 3rd gen rear

both sets use the same front shock, 4th gen.
the difference is the rear shocks.
4th gen rear are on-car adjustable and are infinitely adjustable within the full soft and full firm settings.
3rd gen need to be removed to be adjusted and have only 4 preset adjustment positions.

all are single adjustable. its just a matter of how the rear shocks adjust and how many adjustment positions there are. the 3rd gen rears are somewhat limited and harder to adjust then the 4th gen rears. Not a big deal to some people because full soft on the rear is a very common setting, whether it be 3rd or 4th gen rears.

On strano's website he has front single adjustable shocks listed for $260 and rear single adjustable shocks listed for $160. I was wondering how those are different from the 4/4s. The descriptions on the website don't seem to list any differences. Thanks

if you're talking about the fronts that are $262.50, and the rears that are $162.50, they are the same 4/4's. same as the 4/4 set, $850.

OK that must be each then? lol. I thought those prices were for the pair and wondered why a set of 4 was way more
