will these reliably hold up to a 370 with an MS4 cam. probably 550 crank HP. i wanna be able to launch at about 6k on slicks with a 9 inch and spool.

I dont think so. It good but you need a stronger one to do all that.

already have a LS7 clutch. How much for the lightweight flywheel? its going on a ls2 shortblock in a 00 FRC if that makes a difference

well here is what im trying to do and what all i need

Bellhousing casting number 3899621
Stock LS1 or LS6 flywheel, pressure plate and clutch
Pilot bearing GM part #12557583
Howe racing hydraulic throwout bearing #82870
2 short hard lines to get you out the bellhousing.
3/4" or 7/8" master cylinder
fork (pioneer PN# CF100, GM 340278 & 14066235)
