Silly question, but is Meziere a mfg. company? Do they intend to make pumps for people on a 'as they are ordered' basis? Cause if they do, and many people have to wait 6+ weeks to get their pumps - they won't be in business long
I find it hard to believe they don't make production runs of these pumps that number in the hundreds and have stock on hand - or did we just 'luck out' & catch them with their pants down and nary a pump in the house?
BTW, I know it's not your fault - you're doing your best - I just think this has gone past ridiculous - I think I'll charge them interest on my $500 that they've been using for nigh on 2 months

I finally got an answer today. I think we did catch them with their pants down. Most of our stock orders come out to us in 7-10 days. Meziere is finishing a large production run now. The rest of our pumps will be heading this way by Thursday. They could go early but I'm not expecting anything to happen before the end of this week. The black pumps are the most popular so a run of those were done a few weeks ago.

Blue and polished pumps shipped to us on Friday. They should be here the end of this week. Red will ship on Wednesday and black/natural will be shipping to us next Monday (finally!).

Received tracking info this week so some pumps are on the way here. Unfortunately this wait would have happened with any other company. We have alot of regular orders that are also waiting for a shipment to come in. I'm not happy about having any of you guys wait

Well, I have good news and bad news. Bad news first... Meziere didn't do a partical shipment like they were supposed to and didn't tell us that the pumps that were supposed to go out a week and a half ago didn't. The good news is that the rest of the GP pumps left there last Friday (at least that's what they told us) so we should finally be able to get them out in a few days.
