I got ahold of them today by phone to place my order but they must do some decent biz cuz it took a lot of calls before anyone picked up before the automated service did. Helped me with questions and i really can't complain. I do feel for you though! I've had issues in the past with another vendor and everyone else had nothing but great things to say about them! Guess these things happen from time to time unfortunately. GL

scott please check your email. no one has ignored you, we are extremely busy and short handed. we have given you our phone number multiple times. we apologize for any confusion or inconvience but your kit is on the way. thanks again!
I have PMed you at least 5 times, called and left my name, number and contact info. You told me you PMed me tracking info which I never recieved. I had to file a Paypal dispute and then a majic UPS tracking number is now added - which by the way does not work and is INVALID. So either the tracking number is incorrect or you REALLY didnt ship it until today and UPS has not updated and scanned the package yet, which makes me wonder - how could you have sent me tracking info last week, when you didnt ship it until today. If you havent sent it out yet, just refund my money. Tommorrow is 16 days and I have no idea if you even sent it yet. I hate to post this up, but I cannot get a response by PM or phone or email. They did not even reply to the paypal dispute. This seems to be the only way to get some sort of answers. If the tracking # is still invalid and I dont get some answers tommorrow, I have no choice but to file a claim. I have been more than patient and have been ignored and lied to.

I am being reasonable. I am not upset at anyone. I checked my PM box, my yahoo email account and my mchsi.com account with no replies. I left my name order date, payment date email address and phone number on your machine and I have not recieved a reply other than on this forum post. The traking info you provided Paypal shows that you said it was shipped 2-28-2001 with UPS tracking #1Z56094F0350918098. UPS shows that as an invalid tracking number as of 5:50pm on 3-1-2011. I understand being shorthanded and having alot of orders to fill, I simply would like to know when and how it was shipped and valid tracking info so I know when to expect it or at the very least, it is actually on the way. Maybe a error was made when added the tracking number, but see for yourself at UPS.com it says INVALID tracking number. Please PM me, email me at victorandbrianna@yahoo.com or vscott71@mchsi.com so we can figure out what the issue is. If you prefer to call contact me by any method listed and I will give you my number. I cannot ever get anyone to answer at the number listed and I have keft messages. Thanks - no hard feelings- just trying to work it out and figure out where this package is, Thanks!

the tracking number sent is the correct one, we have our local ups rep working on this now. again we apologize for the trouble. please call us if you have any further questions.

Paypal was sent on 3/7 and I PMed you to let you know. You replied it was shipping out next day (3/8). Since then, I pm you on 3/10 and 3/16 and have not heard anything yet.
