Thumbs up February 2004 - LS1TECH Rewards - $100!

Rules have changed slightly, please read!

Just to thank all of our wonderful members and sponsors of this site, we have come up with a way to help pay some lucky individuals back! The rules are simple:

1. All registered members are eligible, except Administrators. Yes, staff members and sponsors are eligible too.

2. For the month of February, tell us what your next vehicle purchase (new or used) will be, and why. Maybe GM is watching . Each registered member must post ONE reply in this thread. Members attempting to enter more than once by posting more than one reply in this thread will be disqualified

3. Winner will be randomly drawn from all the replies in this thread for this month. Winning number is randomly generated using a mathematical software program.

4. All entries can be submitted up thru the last day of the month. Winner will be drawn on first day of the following month. Winner's member name will be posted here at the end of the contest, and they must respond via email within 10 calendar days or we will redraw a new winner.

Winner will receive:

Registered Member of 3 months or longer = $100.00 gift certificate to LS1TECH Sponsor of winner's choice.

-OR-

Registered Member of less than 3 months = $50.00 gift certificate to LS1TECH Sponsor of winner's choice.

Okay, the rules are simple, no further discussion about them required! Start giving us some feedback and possibly earn some mod-money!

Tony

Next vehicle will be either an ATV or a new snowmobile. Why, because they are fun.

My next car would probably be a 3rd gen. I used to drive a GTA, so I might find one to build.

My next vehicle will probably be either a Envoy or an Expedition so we can have a larger vehicle to drive the family around in plus be able to tow one of the F-body's.

My next vehicle purchase will be a used Z06 or a 5th gen Camaro. I'm not planning on buying a vehicle for a while. I have to many already.

For my next vehicle, I'm going to shoot for an '86 Ford F250. It's gotta have a 460, then I'll lift it, do a solid front axle swap, new rear, both with 4.56s. Then I'll use Mickey Thompson's new 46" Baja Claws to go muddin' with and crushin' with.

If I don't go with a truck, and I somehow end up getting rid of my TA. I'd like to shoot for an '89 Porsche 930. It's one of my favorite Porsches, hopefully I'll build the crap out of it and use it as a race car for PCA meets.

I'm thinking about a 1st gen S-10 or S-15 Blazer.
I'm keeping the T/A of course.

Black 2003 or 2004 Silverado SS depending on what's available. I need/want a nicer truck and the AWD will be nice too.

I'm probably going for a slightly used Caddy CTS for the wife. Manual trans though so I can still have some fun in it.

Next might be some OTHER brand of a sports car. Unless GM makes another affordable option.

Same here! If no 5th gen Camaro comes along, I will settle for a Z06! I already have a TA, SS, and Dmax, so GM should be in good shape for funds!

My next vehicle will hopefully be a used black on black Z06. Maybe I can talk my dad into getting one so I can drive it!

If we're talking new performance vehicle it'll be a Mustang Cobra or GTO.

If I go used I might buy a high mile no option 98 Z28 6spd and go race only with it.

i wouldve liked the new buick SUV with the optional 5.3ltr motor but the pricing was a little outta my range so I'll probably end up getting a used expedition.

I want to get my hands on a new Chevrolet Equinox
www.chevrolet.com/equinox

I know its only a V6, but this would just be a better alternative grocery getter than the Camaro is. I want to turn the Camaro into a trailer queen
I want a mini SUV either way and the Equinox is a cheaper and smaller alternative to the Trailblazer/Envoy. Easier to get my kid in and out too.
