How good is the fit of the stock WS6 bolt on hood? I got one few years ago it fit great but the back near the window had a gap on it, are they sealed up or is this just normal?
Body shop did the last one but I'm painting and installing this one.
Thanks
Jay

Do you make a hood with a forward facing scoop for a '99 Trans Am.
With or without the nostrils. Kinda like a pro stock look.

Sorry ~ Haven't been on the thread in a little while ~

We unfortunately do not have a mold setup for a pro stock scoop...generally it's something we can do as a custom project for you...by adding the scoop onto the hood, but currently we have a hold on any custom work coming in...

We do sell quite a few pro stock scoops, which you can view here:
http://www.vfnfiberglass.com/aeroscoops.htm

Most of our scoops have a outside ledge so that they can either be bolted directly onto your air intake, or can be bonded onto the hood itself.

Thanks!
Jeanie

We do build these guys as ordered.
Currently on the redesigned 4", we're working with a 4 week production time.

If shipped, there would be a $25 crating charge added to the price of the hood.

Bringing the total here, prior to freight, to 415.00.

Freight is generally paid direct to the carrier upon arrival.
To keep freight costs as little as possible, we recommend delivery into a business location, or to pickup at the nearest freight terminal - which we can help locate for you.

Doing one of these 2 options will save you additional home delivery costs of about $60.00 that this carrier adds onto the base price of freight.

Average freight to a business or terminal will cost between $160-180.00 and to a home between $220-230.00.

Thanks!
