Springing into savings at VFN!!

Thank you
Jean, just wanted to thank you, I have not had a chance to install it to see the fit, but the finish of the hood is excellent, I am really impressed. Plus the shipping was quite a bit cheaper than your quote. Thanks for all the help and the million questions you had to answer from me

Any questions you have when installing, please give a holler.
Should be pretty straightforward however - following the instructions supplied and a quick look through of the video we have on the site will put you on the right track. ~
Always happy to help
Thank you very much ~

How long is that $400 price good till? Also what other cost are associated with shipping it? Debating on taking the train up and bring it back with me as "luggage" or drive up since its only 5hr drive each way depending on what shipping or any other associated cost are to help save money. I know another guy who is wanting to get one also at the same time. This is for the 4.5" wide GTO version pin on type. Also how long does it take to get them done?

Should you decide to ship, would recommend sending both out together - would keep you right over the minimum on freight - splitting the charges would be better.
We do recommend delivery into a commercial location - which will keep you at the lowest point. Otherwise carriers do charge a $50 additional home delivery.
Commercially would put you at $169 - while to a home $219.00.
We do charge a $25 crating fee as well should an item ship - this would be added to the price of both hoods. Best to package them up separately - eliminate any damage issues.
Otherwise, should you be taking that roadtrip - you would of course save that boxing fee - wouldn't recommend getting it boxed as luggage for the train. Our boxes are really designed for tractor trailer shipping - and are quite large - generally 70 x 10 x 70 - haven't been on a train in a while - but would look into if they could accommodate that or will charge extra.
Because it is a pickup, we are regulated by the state to charge tax - our percentage is 8.25%.
Would have to make one - or both!
Currently working with a 5 week production - from the date of order.
Thanks.

Listening to pink floyd? ~
Been a little bit since I've checked the thread - if that should happen - shoot me an email or give a call here to the shop - that'll get you answered immediately.
Still using Cooper for that area - and they do have a terminal in Memphis.
Have seen a slight reduction in other areas except for the South - Cooper's been pretty solid with keeping their rates minimal - I don't expect it any more then a couple of dollars.
Would be $25 for boxing - and would put you right under $100 delivered into the terminal.
We have a few of these hoods on order already - please allow 2 weeks for production.
Thanks much

The other guy isn't located in the same state as me, just on the gto forum. So with the price of the hood, delivery and crating I'm at close to $600 roughly. Once I get some more money lined up I'll be giving you a call. Just spent my mod money paying lawyers to get things all squared away. So once I have the $600 I'll call and place an order for the hood.

Would drop it down just a tad - the two hoods put you over minimum on weight - but I'd factor the $600 - anything left over is a bonus ~
Sounds good - Thank you very much! ~

I own a 1999 Hugger Orange Z28 for my daily driver. On Thursday I was struck from behind in traffic by an older man in a Honda Element who claimed he was changing his glasses and then promptly asked me not to punch him. I didn't. On Friday Geico inspected the car and cut me a check to fix my rear bumper. Well I figured, "Hey, why not just paint the whole damn thing? It needs it anyway." So, that's what I'm gonna do. But I don't want to repaint the stock hood, I want one of those gorgeous Sunoco style bolt on hoods. Might as well, right?
Anyways, I see you have a group buy going on. If it's still available, how much is a bolt on sunoco style hood without the line shipped to Orlando FL? What do I need to do (never been in group buy before) and how long do I have before the group buy expires? Obviously since this just happened last Thursday so I wasn't planning on buying a hood immediately, but if I've got a week I can probably scrape up the cash to order one.
Thanks. I've seen nothing but good things posted about Jeanie and VFN. Looking forward to doing business with you.

Sure. We can add that.
With the gp discount, the sunoco bolt on would come to $420.
If shipped, we do charge $25 for crating - bringing you to $445 before freight.
Freight is generally paid direct to the carrier - to the terminal, would keep you right under $100.
Thanks much.
