isnt this an old setup that never did well due to its price? i remember the thing about the largest K&N filter available. looks cool though especially with the lsx out now the 90mm lid exit will be good for the big motor guys.

i have this kit on my car right now and it's not that bad only problem i have is keeping that big *** filter in place when putting the lid back on. could possibly be improved in it's design like having a tsp style lid made larger to fit the bottom part. the lid also work real well with a ssra.

Default Have problem with them....

I bought one of the very first lids they ever shipped. It had wavy lines in it. I was promissed, "You'll get a replacement once production is ramped up". Then it was one excuse after another. That was a long time ago!

I really don't know who was the problem, the reseller said the factory was. But the factory would not answer my inquires. Then I noticed the website went away. Now, over almost 18 months later, I see they are being sold again.

IT sure would behoove them to replace mine. EVERYWHERE I GO, people see the poor quality. They like the oversized lid, think it makes great sense, then they hear I couldn't get it replaced. EVEN when I was promissed one, over and over.

Any chance you can help me out?

This is the one BMR Fabrication used to sell. Looks good, but dyno sheets would definitely be nice for the price of $300.

Do you know who sold it to you? I'll talk to the president of Stealth and see if we can get you one at cost.

By the way, 2000+ SS camaros and WS6 firebirds LS1's are running around 312 at the rear wheels stock. No new Dyno results for those models at this time, however we expect the gain to be the same or better. New LS6 intake on 2000+ cars allows for more flow.

Say for example I have a FTRA, will be pointless to have it if I got that lid/filter since it is wider, huh?

EDIT, I don't mean pointless, Im sure the FTRA will still help. I guess a wider type ram air kit will benefit the most.

Yes, these dynos are on a stock LS1, just the upper and lower lid kit we are selling here.

We are closing the GP by the end of the week, we have extended it since customers are still reserving.
