I think if THEY want to make a sale THEY as a business need to conatct us. I believe it's called customer service. Maybe you should have pointed THEM to us since WE are the customers.

Exactly. I personally wanted to use a sponsor. If one replied I woud use them if not I would go elsewhere.

No, they don't have to be a site sponsor. You can tell anyone anything you want. I however asked for a site sponsor to answer my request because w/out the sponsors this site probably wouldn't exist. My first choice is to use a company that supports my hobbies.

I personally think it is disrespectful to the people who work on this site everyday to recommend in open forum going with companies other than sponsors.This is especially true when the sponsors offer the exact same products and are trying thir best to fulfill the needs of their customers. If the sponsors choose not to step up to help with my request I will gladly take my money elsehwere.
