Chris I would deffinatly run some double springs with that cam. Those 918`s will not hold that cam for long I would think you are running into valve float at high RPM`s already. The only reason I think you have not noticed or hurt anything yet is the stock LS6 heads have alot of P/V clearance. I had a set of 918`s in the shop TA with a much smaller cam but big valve heads and we bent some valves from float(closer P/V). But on the other note the Harlands would work great with your setup I have a car stage2 heads and the same cam with the Harlands we saw 8rwhp.
DAPSUPRSLO I will look forward to hearing from you.

nate i tried to pm you but your mail box was full...
im running the ls6 springs from the kit. thay had not been in there for about 3000 miles or so. id rather not change out the springs yet. so all i would need are the rockers and they can bolt right in. nothing else needs changing so long as i stick to the 1.7's. what can you do for me now with the price of these rockers. i see the only concern i would have is to grind alil off the far corners. btw im more into freeway not drag racing if that changes the way things would seem.
thanks again

The 1.8 will increase dur. and lift adding a little extra strain to the valvetrain and would probably need at least 918 valve springs are also worth about 15rwhp. Personally having the spray I think I would steer towards the 1.7 rockers. But it is your call the added lift could be what you are looking for without a cam change.
Our rails look nice as well. I have all of the fittings to attach them to the stock fuel line and to your nitrous system in stock.
Thanks Nate

Yes they are just a replacment bolt on and they require NO grinding of the valve covers. Ya if you wanted to go to the 1.8`s I would rec. a spring change. Oh and the new LS1Tech price is $345.00
