Well it looks like we're all getting prices that dont require a minimum, so I dont think we are getting the full advantage of a GP because GP prices are usually a little better than regular sales. Is there any way we could get a GP price with a minimum because there's lots of interest here in which would make up a GP. Whos in on this with me?

So is there any chance this could turn into a GP rather than just a regular sale so that we can benefit more on the savings? Theres plenty of interest here and this thread was geared towards a GP. Let us know. Thanks.

Let me see what I can put together. I cannot guarantee anything, but I'll give it a shot!

I got quoted $899 for a PT4400 which is 5.3% off of Yanks pricing. (msrp) Most sales are 10% off, dont really know why this one isnt up there. Hopefully someone from AP Engineering can come up with something.

This is a weak discount. Just for reference, I bought my YTP4200 for $799 + shipping from TBYRNE last year.

Wow, thats an awesome deal. Thats 15% off of Tbyrne's pricing. I wish we could get that pricing this time around. If AP Engineering cant do it, hopefully another sponsor will come through and help us out. Even 10% off would be nice, but 15% would be even better. At 10% off, pricing for a PT4400 would be $845 plus shipping.

Wow, guys...you are really killing us here.

No big deal, as I mentioned before we will try to work a GP for you all. We just want to verify a few things with Yank before we go ahead with it.

I also want to add that you will notice that we do not inflate our shipping charges to a crazy amount.

So, thanks very much for your patience and support so far.

I could use a SS4000e if the price was right. (More than 10% off).

Default Not really much of an update...

Guys, I don't know what to tell you for right now.

We talked to Yank a little while back and was told that things were looking good and they were supposed to be up and running shortly after that.

It might be a case where that was a bit premature, we have put in a few voice mails to them and they seem to be having a hard time getting back with us. I know we are not alone in this so I am willing to bet that they weren't as close to being up and running as they had thought.

If you can wait, as soon as we are SURE they are ready to go, we'll get this rolling again and see if we can't get some decent GP prices for you all.

I wish I had more updated news for right now. Sorry.

Well, I know I'm getting in on this one way late, but it doesn't look like I have missed anything. I am gonna want to get a yank converter, either a Truck Stealt 2400 or a Truck Thruster 2600. I guess if we hear anything back from yank, maybe we'll be able to get something going.

Arrow General Update on Yank

I just spoke to Mike. They are building converters and shipped 14 units yesterday. He said they are cleaning out the backlog, getting warranty work and restalls done and will be shipping new orders next week. Their backlog is fairly big. I would expect a 1 - 2 week wait on new orders. I did not inquire about the status of any GPs

Yank has a new person manning the phone and if you call during normal business hours (PST), you should be able to get help on order status, etc. (I haven't spoken to this person, so I don't know if they are trained enough at this point to provide any technical assistance.)

In one way, Im glad that it hasnt gone through yet because I have yet to sell my Yank SS4000, but the on the other hand, I wanna hurry up and do the swap. Hopefully one of the sponsors will come through and help us out.

I hear that, I'm ready to get me a Truck Thruster 2600 or 3000. Haven't decided on which one yet.
