NEW JetHot C5(97-04)Vet long tube Coated Headers JET-HOT releases the NEW JET-HOT LONG TUBE CORVETTE C5 HEADERS!!!
JET-HOT has been in the process of designing and manufacture high quality long tube headers for the Corvette C5. Our purpose was to offer a better product at an affordable price.
Designed for the 1997 though 2004 Corvettes with the LS1 engines, the full length headers are made with 16 gauge, 1 ¾ diameter primary tubes, 3” diameter collectors and thick, 3/8” flanges meticulously welded on both sides to improve strength and prevent warping. Bolts, gaskets and oxygen sensor bungs are provided as standard equipment. AIR and EGR tubes are optional. A high flow H-pipe is included for easy installation and improved sound.
The headers are fully coated in&out with the Jet Hot sterling silver finish. This coating is rated up to 1300 degrees F. Up to this temp,the coating will not discolor, chip, peel or flake off. The coating alos helps drop the skin temps 25-30% (or more). The headers are covered by Jet Hot's lifetime corrosion warranty and a 3yr finish warranty.

We are running this special for the month of September.
You have the option of paying all at once or using the two pay plan. The two pay plan is very simple. You would pay 1/2 the total and we would ship the headers to you. The 2nd 1/2 would be charged the following month on the same date. The 2 pay plan is the same total as the one payment.
