3. Lots of sponsors offering good deals and like stated in #2, need plenty of different events (racing, seminars, car show.....etc)

A. I would drive about 8 hours at most, just to leave NM it takes about 3 hours in any direction.
B. I would prefer a 2 day event since either way I could work out a 1 night hotel stay.
C. A good show and all different types of racing would be my preference so I could learn a lot more about LS1s.

Either one would work. If it is further, it would be better to stay longer.

Drag Racing, Road Racing, Autocross ... anything motorsport related.

I would drive probably about 500 miles, just don't know what the wife would say

The further away it is the longer it is is better.

Large turnout, like 500-1000 cars

 

Anything that is a full day or less.
A weekend event is the best.
A lot of events.
